Why fit an air box? To combat induction noise on a highly modified engine with throttle bodies (typically reduced by 6.5dbA) a growing problem at circuit venues, to offer reduced intake temperatures and add the possibility of ram air intakes for increased power.

Reverie produce a range of universal throttle body air boxes and accessories in different styles which offer great versatility allowing fitment to almost any vehicle and engine combination (see gallery for examples). Our air boxes can be used with internal filters or remote filter kits.
All of our Hockenheim and Interlagos air boxes can be trimmed in depth or angle to ensure a perfect fit. They allow the consumer the option of placing the air inlet snorkel or snorkels where required for best packaging or flow distribution. Please e-mail sales@reverie.ltd.uk or contact us by phone if you have any technical questions on our air boxes or If you need some assistance in recommending the right airbox solution please submit e-mail with details of your car, engine, power output and several good clear images of your engine in the car with clearance measurements drawn on images from the back plate mounting face to the chassis or bulkheads in vertical, and horizontal directions. We like a dimensioned plan view looking down from above image, and a dimensioned in-line view at Trumpet height looking towards rear of the engine from front, also if possible one looking directly into the trumpets.
The Zolder range can be used to fit Pipercross Px600 or ITG JC50 backplates, Zolder 112/150 can use internal filters whereas 65 models have to use remote filters.
Silverstone range with their unique back plates available in LH/RH entry and 78mm/102mm depth have a 150mm intake and can use a 150mm cone filter with intake adapters
