Hand Pattern Modelling / Low cost prototype tooling

Reverie is also able to produce scale or full size models of parts by hand from Epoxy paste coated CAD cut cross sections of Foam or from hand carving or CNC machining and hand finishing low density Pu or Epoxy tooling boards. We can even use Clay and take a wet laminated GRP splash tooling off to make and prove a concept part perhaps, and later make a composite heavy master plug from the splash to form a composite production tool from.
Good solid Patterns can be used to laminate and cure at low temperatures (55’c typically) composite mould tools (1-8-1 5mm thickness approx. typical) or patterns machined or made simply to prove out a concept.
