Ford Fiesta Zetec-S
Recently ReVerie custom fitted an airbox to a Fiesta MK5 1700 Zetec-S Supersport by Puma Build. A custom modified LH Silverstone 78 Airbox was required to fit John Wood's very special Fiesta.
The Fiesta has a 1700cc Puma engine fitted with Special Head Porting, Cams and Puma Supersport 1700 Roller Barrels by Puma Build.
We laminated the carbon trumpets into the bottom of the silverstone airbox, rather than into its normal backplate face.
Extra airbox volume was added using a custom made curved carbon backplate. Air was then provided by a 100mm straight carbon snorkel set into a modifed spotlamp hole in the bumper, via 100mm ducting to a 100mm-to-150mm filter adapter bell mouth and the airbox via the K&N cone filter.

Carbon Trumphets
Carbon trumphets are sanded to create a bond ready surface for the modified airbox backplate.
